Our Schools Programmes are delivered by expert staff, have been developed to match curriculum areas and deliver Ofsted teaching requirements for pupils aged four to 18. Each programme uses the passion for football, and Newcastle United in particular, to engage pupils across a number of curriculum areas including PE, PSHE, history, science, literacy and numeracy.
We offer one off activity days, short courses and longer courses that include accreditation. We can deliver these programmes at your school or invite you to St James’ Park, a dynamic and fun learning environment for children and young people.
Football and Sports Development Programmes
Our aim is for children and young people to be more active, more often. Our Football and Sports Development Programmes can take place before, during or after school. We offer breakfast, lunch time and after school clubs, PPA cover, team training and competitions. We offer multi skills and sports sessions covering non-sport specific skills such as ABC’s, plus other sports including basketball, volleyball and badminton. Sessions for girls only or disabled players are also available. Our Community Coaches are fully qualified (minimum FA Level 2), hold emergency first aid and child protection certificates and attend regular training to maintain and develop their skills.
GOALden shot helps schools to raise money. Book a GOALden Shot event we will bring our giant inflatable speed cage to your school.
