Whether you want to book a gaming party in our state-of-the-art esports room or combine it with a game of football on our rooftop 4G football pitch, or perhaps you want a fun and games party, we’ve got a birthday party to suit you!
HADO parties - £180 for up to 12 children
Experience the unique magic of a HADO party, a techno sport combining high energy activity with the excitement of video games. Party goers are transported to an augmented reality, wielding energy balls and shields in this futuristic, fun and fast paced party experience. Suitable for boys and girls aged 7 years and up!
What’s on offer:
• 90 minutes of HADO
• The option to use one of our classrooms for 1 hour after the party
• Juice for all the party goers
• Trophy for the birthday boy or girl
• 20% off voucher for the NUFC club store for the birthday boy or girl
• 10% off voucher for all party guests.

Football and gaming parties - £280 for up to 16 children
Play an hour of football on our rooftop 4G football pitch overlooking St. James’ Park and combine it with an hour of gaming in our state of the art esports room.
What’s on offer:
• 1 hour of football on the 4G rooftop football pitch
• 1 hour of gaming in the esports room
• The option to use one of our classrooms for 1 hour after the party
• Juice for all the party goers
• Trophy for the birthday boy or girl

Football only parties - £165 for up to 20 children
Packed full of fun, mini challenges and games, our football parties are the perfect choice for boys and girls who love football.

Fun and games parties - £150 for up to 30 children
Let the fun begin!
Our fun and games parties are a fabulous way to celebrate your little one’s special day.
Enjoy party games including parachute, tag, dodgeball, and other fun team games for children aged 5–8 years.
What’s included:
• Use of the Sports Hall for a full hour
• A party host to organise the fun and games!
• Option to use an additional room at NUCASTLE for after the fun!
• Juice for all party guests
• 20% off voucher for the birthday boy or girl at the NUFC club store

End of Season Football Party – £280 for up to 16 children
End the season in style at NUCASTLE. Enjoy playing a mini tournament on our rooftop pitch followed by a gaming competition in our state-of-the-art esports room.

Newcastle United Foundation birthday parties are coach-led, creating a playful, fun and relaxed environment. All our parties run to fixed, allocated time slots. On arrival, staff will remind you of your party start and end time, can we politely ask for this to be respected to avoid congestion and for the safety of other parties or activities. It is important that guests leave your party on time. Please note that all food and drink is to be provided by the party host. NUCASTLE has ample tables and chairs and can be provided upon request. There is a hot drinks and vending machine where a variety of snacks can also be purchased. Although, we don't offer them as part of your hire, if you happen to forget a knife to cut the cake, black bags for any rubbish etc. please just ask a member of staff as we have them on standby if needed. We also kindly request that the party booker remain onsite for the duration of the party and has primary duty of care for children attending parties.
Newcastle United Foundation take a zero-tolerance approach towards abusive or argumentative behaviour of any kind whilst in and around the centre. Newcastle United Foundation reserves all rights to refuse entry.
