Children’s birthday parties hosted at NUCASTLE are led by Newcastle United Foundation community coaches and facilities staff, creating a playful, fun and relaxed environment for all. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please read the birthday party terms and conditions carefully.
• Parties run to fixed, allocated time slots. On arrival, staff will remind you of your agreed party start and end time – we politely request timings are respected by all guests to avoid congestion and for the safety of other parties/activities on site.
• We politely request that the party booking holder remains on site for the duration of the party. The party booking holder has primary duty of care for all party guests.
• Party food is not included in your party booking – food must be provided by party hosts where required and consumed in areas designated by NUCASTLE staff (extra tables and chairs can be provided on request). A hot drinks machine and vending machine are located in reception.
• Safeguarding is a priority at NUCASTLE and some participants/customers on site do not consent to being filmed or photographed, therefore all photography and filming on site should be pre-approved by the Foundation. Photography is strictly forbidden in the changing and toilet areas.
• In the event of poor weather, Newcastle United Foundation reserves the right to move outdoor party activity indoors. In the event of extreme weather creating an unplayable surface, Newcastle United Foundation reserves the right to cancel party bookings and will issue a full refund or opportunity to reschedule the party.
• The party booking holder is responsible for clearing away mess and rubbish – general waste and recycling points are available throughout the centre. Extra bin bags can be provided on request.
Newcastle United Foundation have a zero-tolerance approach towards abusive or argumentative behaviour of any kind whilst in and around NUCASTLE. Newcastle United Foundation reserves all rights to refuse entry.
